Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Applicable Law:

1. Indian Law: This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Jurisdiction:

1. Exclusive Jurisdiction: The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Dispute Resolution:

1. Arbitration Clause:
   • Independent Arbitrator: Any dispute or difference in interpretation or otherwise of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties shall be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed by ‘The Ethnic Tribe’.
   • Binding Decision: The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
   • Arbitration Act: The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
   • Arbitration Venue: The arbitration shall be held in Delhi.

Court Jurisdiction:

1. High Court Jurisdiction: The High Court of judicature at Delhi shall have jurisdiction over any arbitration proceedings, and the laws of India shall apply.
