Order Process Policy
- Invitation to Offer: The products displayed on our website serve as an invitation to treat, not an offer to sell. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products.
- Placing an Order: You can place an order and make payment through various options, including Credit/Debit card, Net banking, PayPal, COD, etc. Note that some payment methods are limited to specific countries.
- Product Availability: Orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable, you may choose to:
- Accept a partial or full refund, or
- Receive store credit in your Cbazaar account.
Refunds will be processed to the same account used for payment. In cases of price differences, the amount can be refunded to your bank or issued as store credit. - Order Acknowledgement: Ensure that you enter a correct email address. We will send an order acknowledgement email and order update emails.
- Order Acceptance: Order acceptance and the creation of a contract between you and us occur when the products you have ordered are dispatched from our warehouse. This is the point at which the contract is formed, even if your card has been debited or acknowledgement emails have been sent.
- Discounts: Occasionally, we offer discounts on product customization. Discount codes applied will only work for the base product. They may or may not apply to customization and accessories added along with the base product.
