- Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
- Billing Information: For security purposes, your billing name and address must match those of the credit/debit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not meet this criterion.
- Pricing: The price displayed for goods and services remains the same regardless of the country of delivery. International deliveries may incur customs duty and taxes.
- Shipping Charges: A shipping charge will be applied at checkout unless stated in any promotional offer. Shipping charge estimates are approximations based on package weight, dimensions, destination, etc.
- Customs Law Compliance: To comply with customs law and avoid duty hassles, we provide a minimum dollar/pound value for each free product shipped with your order.

- You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing services on The Ethnic Tribe will be correct and accurate.
- You shall not use a credit card that is not lawfully owned by you. In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card.
- Provision of Details:
- You agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details when making a payment on The Ethnic Tribe.
- Handling of Credit Card Information:
- Your credit card information never reaches The Ethnic Tribe directly. The Ethnic Tribe receives only a pass, hold, or fail message from its payment gateways.
- The credit card information will not be utilized or shared by The Ethnic Tribe or its payment gateways with any third parties unless required for fraud verifications, or by law, regulation, or court order.
- Liability for Fraud:
- The Ethnic Tribe will not be liable for any credit card fraud.
- The liability for the use of a card fraudulently will be on you, and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.

- Delivery Locations:
- We ship to any Indian address and offer international shipping to many countries. Please refer to our pricing structure for the country list and prices.
- Shipping Charges:
- A shipping charge applies to every international shipment.
- Delivery Deadlines:
- Delivery deadlines depend on address details and stock availability at dispatch. Discrepancies in your order will be communicated to you, so provide correct contact details.
- Failed Deliveries:
- If you are not at home, a card will be left, and the parcel may be delivered to a neighbour or returned to the depot. It is your responsibility to collect it or arrange re-delivery at your cost.
- If returned as undelivered, we will offer a refund for the items only. If re-sent, a further shipping charge is payable by you.
- If unreachable for more than 15 days, the courier may destroy the parcel, and we will not be responsible. No refund claims will be entertained.
- Liability for Delays:
- We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, strikes, customs clearances, or transport problems. We are not liable for refunds due to delays caused by incomplete addresses, customs clearance, or other regulatory agencies.
